    PLEASE NOTE!!!

    To uphold the security standards that Autowatch is recognised for, as well as the mandatory requirements set by our insurance partners to help mitigate fraud and the theft of vehicles leaving Canada, all data forms must be completed accurately and in full. All required clarifications and photographs must be captured at the time of installation, before any dash panels are reinstalled, and submitted on the same day as the installation.

    This process enables installation data and vehicle details to be verified by TASSA for ongoing monitoring and follow-up. For this reason, it is critically important that the GHOST products' serial number corresponds exactly with the Autowatch Authentication Card issued to the client.

    Failure to capture and submit the required data correctly will result in non-certification for the client and may require the installer to recall the vehicle to correct the installation. Installation reports will not be submitted if any mandatory data fields are missing. Continued non-compliance may also result in the removal of “Preferred Autowatch Supplier” status.

This data including 3 pictures of the installation is used to provide backup service and warranty support. Your details ensure that nobody else can get information about the installation on your vehicle. Without this data, we may not be able to help you should you need support. You can choose not to give these details and request for these to be removed by contacting ghost@autowatchcanada.com by visiting our website or by calling us directly. This data will never be used for unsolicited marketing or any other unwarranted contact. Your data is not shared with any third parties and is secured on our non-web-facing server. We only ever contact you if there is a safely critical update for your specific installation.

    Location of the mounting position of the unit MUST be recorded using a 3-axis format.

    Height
    The height is the distance from the roof to the floor that has been segmented and recorded using letters from W to Z

    Length
    The length is the distance from the front bumper to the rear bumper that has been segmented and is recorded using numbers 1 to 9.

    Width
    The width is the distance from the right to the left side of the vehicle that has been segmented and recorded using letters from A to F.
