To uphold the security standards that Autowatch is recognised for, as well as the mandatory requirements set by our insurance partners to help mitigate fraud and the theft of vehicles leaving Canada, all data forms must be completed accurately and in full. All required clarifications and photographs must be captured at the time of installation, before any dash panels are reinstalled, and submitted on the same day as the installation.
This process enables installation data and vehicle details to be verified by TASSA for ongoing monitoring and follow-up. For this reason, it is critically important that the GHOST products' serial number corresponds exactly with the Autowatch Authentication Card issued to the client.
Failure to capture and submit the required data correctly will result in non-certification for the client and may require the installer to recall the vehicle to correct the installation. Installation reports will not be submitted if any mandatory data fields are missing. Continued non-compliance may also result in the removal of “Preferred Autowatch Supplier” status.
